Then you can actually get on with the job of working to fix the problems rather than just worrying about them. I read an excellent book on this subject a few years back called How to Stop Worrying and Start Living by Dale Carnegie, a man seriously ahead of his time. His advice was invaluable. It was based on some very practical and real situations, even though it was written over fifty years ago. The same pressures and risks apply today as they did back then. (more…)

Business owners often wear a secret medal called the ‘Stiff Upper Lip Medal’. It is awarded to those who take all of the negative things any business has to face and keep them inside, worried that if they tell someone about them, that they have had a tough week or that their business is financially tough, the person will think less of them.
