Don’t put too many things on your list as you will never get them completed and always feel frustrated. Cross items off the list as you complete them (it feels great and gives you a sense of accomplishment). Finally, if you do other tasks during the course of the day put them on your list and cross them off again to give you a sense of achievement and accomplishment.
